It looks like you set it up right, now you'll just get emails for all the comment moderation stuff. I didn't click the link, but I would guess it's more of a phishing scam than a virus, as that's what they usually are. Just don't ever enter your info! And I think if you go into comment moderation you can delete that comment completely.
